For troubleshooting, repairs, and smaller service calls, we bill time & materials at the following rates. Full installations and new projects are quoted at a fixed price before work begins — see our Fixed Pricing approach. Rates: $175 minimum (first hour)
Remote Support Call
Remote troubleshooting for your home automation system. Trained to identify and resolve the most common technology issues remotely, we minimize downtime and keep technicians out of your home whenever possible. Rates: $75/hr
Emergency Service Call
Normal business hours are 7am-5pm, but emergency support and service calls are available 24/7, including weekends and holidays. Online booking is available, though calling is preferred for urgent needs: (858) 800-4637. Rates: $225/hr
